Eureka can work independently or bring in a larger booking team when required to oversee all your talent needs on site at events or for pre-recorded video and broadcast content.

 

The team can also oversee shoots on a day rate, specifically to ensure the talent is well-looked after, the content or event is on brief and timelines adhered to.

  • Booked music and celebrity guests for the online show as featured on This Feeling's You Tube channel, hosted by Gordon Smart

  • Liaised with record labels, PR's and agents

  • Assisted with production, creative and logistics across all areas of filming

     WIRELESS FESTIVAL 2018 - MTV broadcast

  • Brought on board by LiveNation UK to liaise with MTV and artist representatives

  • Secured interviews and additional b-roll filming with key performing talent

  • Liaised with Live Nation Compliance regarding filming permissions around live broadcast

     MOVEMBER FOUNDATION UK 2016 & 2017​

  • Secured high profile supporters for Movember 2016 & 2017 campaigns and events 

  • Manage all Ambassador outreach and relations with relevant PR opportunities

     CHANNEL 5 & MTV @ VFESTIVAL 2016

  • Employed by LiveNation to liaise between record labels and MTV to book artist interviews on site

  • Worked on site to liaise between live broadcast team, artist reps and MTV to ensure all interviews took place and on schedule
