With her background in dance, and as a Director of Photography, Andac is keen to explore creative briefs where she can focus on beauty, identity and movement with rebellious twists. Andac is originally from Turkey and now based between Warsaw and Berlin and sites her style as ‘muscular visual poetry’.
ALEX JOSS THOMPSON
As a multi-disciplinary, director and photographer, Alex moved from Kent to London to pursue a path in moving image, leading him to produce programming within the TV industry for the likes of MTV and Channel 4. But as someone always inspired by music, art and film, he branched away from this in order to direct pieces which could reflect his own style and creative. Directing for the likes of Boiler Room, Vevo, Warner and Amazon he has racked up millions of views creating music videos, live performance, commercials and documentaries for artists spanning all genres, such as Liam Gallagher, Mahalia, Kano, James Blunt and Roy Wood$ to name a few. His passion is always to create pieces that inspire and evoke emotion through its visuals.
B. WELBY DELIMERE
B is an award winning narrative director and a passionate music nerd across many genres. After she won a Royal Television Society award her films went on to screen globally at BAFTA and Oscar qualifying festivals. With a natural flare for imagery, she focuses on the narrative or conceptual core of the music, bringing it to life through high concepts. Having the condition / gift of Synesthesia B feels and ‘sees’ music on a unique level. She believes that music videos shouldn’t just be a visual accompaniment but an extension of the musicians’ message to enrich the heart of the song and leave a lasting impact on the audience. B is passionate and conscious of depicting under-represented minorities within her work and strives to show a diversity of people.
After spending several years in commercials, fashion and branded content, Ben desires to show the world his true creative prowess through music promos. He’s always looking for that unique perspective – something that stands out from the crowd. As such his concepts are visually evocative, stylish and completely unapologetic.
Charlie is a director and writer who splits his time between London and Barcelona. With a strong background in music promos, Charlie has been featured in Promo News’ Top Directors, was recently nominated at the 2018 UKMVA’s, and is gaining huge traction around his short film ‘Everything You Didn’t Say’. Charlie likes to experiment with narrative form and study the intricacies of the human condition. Whether through touching sincerity or comic cynicism, he aims to question, confront, and provoke.
Charlie is a multi award-winning director who gets the best out of any artist. He has worked with the likes of Duran Duran, Placebo, Plan B, Bat for Lashes and Stereophonics many more. From commercials to documentaries, fashion films to music promos, he blends a contemporary mix of authenticity with a cinematic eye that resonates with audiences around the world. He is currently splitting his time as an agency creative director whilst continuing to work on music promos.
Dan is a director of shorts, docs, music vids, promos and commercials. High-concept, narrative ideas with twisted humour gets his juices flowing. His short 'Love Is Blind' was nominated for a Palme d’Or and a BIFA, and named in Vimeo’s Best of 2018. He cut his teeth as a camera op for BBC 6Music's Hub Sessions and BBC Introducing at Maida Vale, and has created content for the BBC, Channel 4, Orange Music and Box TV. He recently completed a series of branded films for Sony and is currently writing a feature film with development support from the BFI.
Hailing from Poland, Filip collaborated with artists such as from Eskmo, an LA based composer for 13 Reasons Why (Netflix) and Billions (Showtime) to German trio Moderat. He loves projects with a deep and artistic purpose behind them. He speaks through the light, metaphor, symbolism and human emotions. As a director Filip is always eager to participate in every stage of production, in the best possible way to create a particular style, look and feel.
James’ unique style stems from a background in motion graphics and a love of portrait photography. This combination of colour, composition, movement, playful ideas and an eye for capturing honesty in the human condition is the essence of his work. He has won Best New Director at the VMA’s, a Cannes Lion and a D&AD Pencil for his series of short films for Cornetto and has worked on promos for the likes of Bloc Party, Mystery Jets and Noah & The Whale.
Jessica's awards include best music video at the ‘London Short Film festival’, platinum winner at the ‘International Independent Film Awards’ and best short film at the ‘Branson International Film Awards’. She is an ambitious and thought-provoking director with an elegant, current, intimate and unique creative style.
Based in Bulgaria Kevork studied in both Bulgaria and at the London Film Academy making his first short film 'Getting Fat In A Healthy' way in 2015. His work has featured on Nowness, LBB, VOTD, and Boyscout. Kevork enjoys working in comedic film and that is where he began but loves to experiment with dramatic and melancholic pieces as well, with love at the heart. Asked about his creative 'style' he says it "lingers between comedy-drama-melancholy and violence with this odd looking smile."
NICK RAY McCANN
With a background as a cinematographer in New York City’s fashion industry, Nick strives for a well-crafted look and feel to each of his concepts regardless of the budget. Visual effects are often subtle yet bring a psychedelic element to the storytelling and Nick’s characters celebrate the underdogs, the daydreamers, and the troublemakers. Nick’s music videos have been featured online by Rolling Stone, Spin, Fader, Stereogum, Consequence of Sound, Vice, and more. His commercial clients include BBDO, Grey, J Crew, Bonobos, (RED), Coach, Cadillac, Fossil, Roca Patron, Victoria Beer, Perrier, and more.
After a multi-award-winning career in advertising, Nick left to begin a new career as a director in TV, online and film. He has directed award-winning work across live music and music videos, branded content and documentaries for clients including Ford, Nike, Vice, Versace, Sony Music, Channel 4, Universal, Lynx and Vevo. Music artists he has directed work for include Rag 'N’ Bone Man, Bastille, John Newman, The Script and Foals. He is currently directing his first feature film whilst his first feature script has been optioned and is in pre-production.
Peter 'cut his teeth' producing and as a camera operator for Sony Music's creative team. He has more recently gained experience Directing branded content for brands such as i-D and wants to progress his creative visions further in the music content space.
A qualified and experienced creative who specialises in groundbreaking video content. RIcky has worked with some of the country's most ground breaking and forward thinking creative brands (SBTV, Vice, Dazed & Confused, The LADbible, UNILAD) which has given him a wealth of contacts and know-how within the music industry. Content created by Ricky boasts over 1 billion views.
Rory began his career in action sports cinematography in Canada working on a feature length ski film then returned to the UK where as a camera op he focused on branded content, commercials and music television. Following experience working for a variety of cinematographers Rory progressed to become a DP and is now moving in to the world of Directing. His style is heavily influenced by film and documentary photography (Martin Parr, Andreas Gursky) that finds beauty in real life situations, to tell thought-provoking stories honestly. He's excited to work with artists who he can connect with musically, creatively and lyrically.
An established film-maker with over 15 years experience Ryan has Directed notable talent such as Ray and Jaime Winstone in his own feature and worked on promos for Charlie xcx, Odd Futures and Little Mix. Ryan has real intuition and foresight with regards to the ever-changing world of pop-culture and thrives on being at the forefront of new and emerging talent with a proven track record in breaking artists through the medium of video.

A multi-discipline Director and Photographer working across fashion, beauty, music, traditional advertising and drama. With over 50 international awards including Cannes Lions, RTS Gold, 2 D&AD pencils, Sharks, Campaign Gold, BTAA, BDA, Clio, One show, A.I.C.P Gold, Creative Circle Golds etc. One of Europe's most awarded Commercial Photographers and Directors, Sean successfully combines distinct lighting, lens and colour skills with unique performance techniques which has seen him collaborate with some of the biggest names in popular music and some of the biggest brands in fashion and beauty.
Stefan believes that creativity and social impact should not be mutually exclusive and his colorful work consistently reflects this. Often narrating through the eyes of a child, his films are naive yet poignant and a reminder that we were all once children.
Stefan has gone on to collaborate with the biggest global brands, directing multi award-winning documentaries, commercials, music videos and TV series, and through it all there will always be one sentiment; to inspire change through creativity. In 2017 Stefan launched his most ambitious creative endeavour titled ‘We’re All Going To Die’. The project aims to empower an audience to ‘fear less and live more’.

Tee’s work is most concerned with community and environment; places and people that exist on the fringes of our world, having made documentaries about drift car drivers in Somerset to animals on the brink of extinction in the USA.
Tee’s work has been exhibited around the world and he continues to work vigorously on his own projects pushing the boundaries between design, film making and art.
Michael Robertson, owner and director of Toon53Productions, has built up a notable portfolio in the music and lyric video industry. Coming from a brand advertising background, Robertson has maintained versatility in animation production, and offers award winning animation, concept art, direction, editing and animation effects. Under Robertson’s directorship, recent clients include Anne-Marie, Chvrches, David Guetta and James Arthur. Robertson’s animated videos often convey a provocative, high energy aesthetic that compliments audio productions.”
